It was easy to access the hotel by car and the parking was very close. We could easily get out of the city on our day trips to Karlovy Vary, Pilsen and Cesky Krumlov and fir our Prague days we could walk to the centre in about 20 minutes and be surrounded by people. We did not take breakfast as we usually just have coffee and for us Canaduans, the McDonald's a block away offered the biggest "Americano" sized coffee and easy English touchscreen. All front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We noticed that the hotel is not wheelchair accessible as there were 3 steps to get to the elevator and no ramp. The hotel has a small gated parking lot, but it was usually full and you better be an excellent driver in very tight spaces. There was also a monitored shared parking area just in of the hotel that we parked at nightly which turned out to be ok. The room had a safe but no instructions on how to use it so we had to call front desk, unfortunately the phone in our room did not work. Did not really need it. Our room was very quiet. the toilet was separate from the shower/tub room. There was a mini bar as well. The channels on T.V. had only 2 english speaking languages fir anyone who needs to fall asleep to the T.V. All in all a good hotel for our needs. Not luxurious but friendly, clean, and good location for both exploring Prague and day tripping. P.S. it takes about 20 minutes to exit Prague from the hotel if going to Pilsen, Karlovy Vary or Cseke Krumlov. Lots of traffic lights and speed limits are enforced with lots of radar. Almost no one drove above the 50 km/h speed limit in the city.

Everything about the hotel that was available - room, breakfast, staff, cleanliness and the way they made us welcome and feel at home was excellent, other than my comments re parking and restaurant as below. Although it was a little way out from the Old Square, it was still well situated with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, local transport to hand and only a short easy walk to the main tourist areas. I must make special mention of Arina on reception, she was fantastic and was able to advise us on every aspect of Prague and making the most of our stay.

Awesome place with amazing staff! Rooms were comfortable and clean, close to the center and great breakfast. We were impressed by the staff, especially Anel at the reception, who was extremely helpful and polite - she made our stay better with her great recommendations. Everyone was friendly. Would be happy to return.
